2021年10月產品更新說明－其他優化


  • 2021 年 10 月 資源管理

CDI 進行了以下優化：

  • CDI 館藏檔案匯出已得到優化，以包含在 <INST_code>_INST_db_ids.xml 檔案中將「我們僅訂閱此館藏中的部分題名」選項設置為「否」的有效特藏。查看有關「We subscribe to only some titles in this collection」設定的更多資訊。

  • 電子特藏編輯器的 CDI 頁籤中顯示的 CDI 選項「Do not show...」勾選框，現在對於在 Alma 中未啟用的電子特藏停用（唯讀）。停用該選項時，將鼠標懸停在勾選框上時會顯示以下資訊：「無法使用此選項，因為該特藏目前在Alma中未啟用。」

  • Alma中的NZ現在會為發布電子紀錄至CDI作業產生tar.gz與holding

  • 為 Alma 電子紀錄的 CDI 相關說明欄位新增了「混和」值。更多資訊請見 Hybrid Collections in CDI。

  • 2021 年 10 月 資源管理

在展出形式詳情頁面的檔案詳情段落中新增了圓形 i 的資訊圖示(資源管理 > 建立館藏 > 新增數位化展出形式)：

它提示了使用者要指定要上傳之檔案所在的特定路徑。

  • 2021 年 10 月統計分析

Num of Recalled Requests 新增至 Lending Requests > Lending Requests Details中。它代表的是已催還的借出申請筆數。

  • 2021 年 10 月統計分析

Invoice-Due Date 新增至Funds Expenditure > Invoice Line 中。它代表的是發票的到期日。

  • 2021 年 10 月統計分析

以下欄位已新增至 Users > User Details 中：

  • Can't edit restricted users - 指出使用者是否可以編輯受限制的使用者群組

  • Disable All Login Restrictions  - 指出使用者是否已停用IP登入的限制

  • 2021 年 10 月統計分析

修正了橫跨不同主題領域的違規行為，例如拼寫錯誤、共用欄位不一致、內容值遺失等。

在 Lending Requests > Lending Request Details 中，Borrowing Institution 及Borrowing Library 欄位更名為 Borrowing Library (Rapid ILL) 及 Borrowing Institution (Rapid ILL)。代表這些字段僅與 Rapid ILL 相關。

以下採購相關報表已更名：

  • P and E Expenditure Trends已更名為P and E Expenditure Trends - last 8 quarters

  • Expenditure Trends for Physical and Electronic Resources 已更名為 P and E Expenditure Trends

需於新視窗開啟的連結報表有資安風險，因此已不支援。若您仍有此種報表，請將其更改為 Embedded in Section 或 Link – Within the Dashboard。

  • 從相關報表的Compound View，點選屬性圖示。

  • 從Display Results下拉選單中，點選Embedded in Section 或 Link – Within the Dashboard。

Alma現支援閱讀清單點選式結果集可包含多於1000筆閱讀清單ID。

  • 2021 年 10 月統計分析 - 課程指參 SF: 00924743

針對Reading List資料夾(在Course Reserves, Leganto Student Usage, and Leganto Instructor Usage Events主題領域中都有)，作了以下更改：

  • Leganto Date Sent For Library Review及Leganto Date Sent For Library Review (Calendar)已更名為Leganto Last Sent for Library Review Date及Leganto Last Sent for Library Review Date (Calendar)

  • 新增了Leganto First Sent for Library Review Date及Leganto First Sent for Library Review Date (Calendar)
