2021年06月產品更新說明－其他優化功能

·       2021年6月 統計分析 

        Operator Identifier 1和Operator Identifier 2欄位已新增至Fines and Fees > Staff Operator Details。透過這些其他識別碼使匯出至統計分析的使用者詳情變得更豐富。



·       2021 年 6 月 統計分析

       新增了兩個額外的報告代碼欄位 (#4-5)至所有主題領域中的POL部分。欄位的名稱也發生了變化，因此報告代碼欄位如下：

o   Reporting Code - 1st

o   Reporting Code - 2nd

o   Reporting Code - 3rd

o   Reporting Code - 4th

o   Reporting Code - 5th

o   Reporting Code Description - 1st

o   Reporting Code Description - 2nd

o   Reporting Code Description - 3rd

o   Reporting Code Description - 4th

o   Reporting Code Description - 5th

·       2021年6月 統計分析 SF：00720550 00844304 

       DC License和DC Rights欄位被增加到所有主題領域中有Bibliographic Details的資料夾中。這些欄位包含來自Dublin Core書目紀錄的授權書和版權資訊。

·       2021 年 6 月 統計分析 刪除了以下採購報告：

    • Non-Serial Issues Claims Report (Items without material type issue and expected receiving date greater than seven days that have not been received)　被替換為： POLs with Items which should have arrived in the last 2 years and have not - all material types
    • Serial Issues Claims Report (Items with material type issue and expected receiving date greater than seven days that have not been received)　被替換為： POLs with Items which should have arrived in the last 2 years and have not - material type journal

  • 2021 年 6 月 統計分析 
        “Physical Items”儀表板進行了以下優化：

o   物件總數的指示已增加到Item Count by Library and Location頁籤和Item Process Type頁籤。

o   在Inventory > Physical Items儀表板中，Physical Items > Num of Items欄位已重命名為Num of Items (Deleted + In Repository)。


·       2021 年6 月 統計分析

在Fulfillment > Fines and Fees的User Cash Transactions與Library - Type Transactions頁籤，當沒有結果時，現在顯示的訊息是：No Transactions meet the criteria specified in the filters(沒有交易符合過濾器中指定的標準)。

·       2021 年 6 月 統計分析 

The TR_J1 - Unique Title Requests 欄位已從使用Usage Data主題領域的Usage Data Details - Release維度中刪除。該欄位已被刪除，因為在將 COUNTER Release 5 增加到Alma和Alma統計分析時錯誤地增加了該欄位。

·       2021 年 6 月 讀者服務 - 指定課程

       建立規則以自動產生採購申請 時，可以使用以下 DSC 系統標籤（齒輪設定 > 讀者服務 > 課程 > 引用書目處理規則）：

o   數位化已批准

o   數位化已拒絕

o   數位化已刪除

o   數位化已發送

o   數位化處理中
