Dear Sir/Madam,
In a recent study by BestColleges1, 49% of remote learners anticipated enrolling in online courses after campuses resume back to normal. And a majority of students believe that online learning was better than or equal to on-campus learning. It is inevitable that remote learning is here to stay and will play an integral part in academia at all levels.
As a response to changing needs, higher-ed institutions must continue to evolve and adapt to this hybrid mode of teaching and learning as they too, acknowledge the need for more investment in technology2 to provide better support and an enhanced user experience for their students and faculties.
